Capstone Administrators is a family. From the moment you walk through our door, you’ll know that we’re a group of people who care about each other beyond the scope of the work we do in the office. We believe that happy and fulfilled employees provide the best service to our clients, and that’s why it’s so important that we celebrate and support our family whenever we can.
Our traditions are both fun and meaningful—from our monthly birthday pitch-ins to Beer:30 on Friday afternoons, company picnics, and bus trips to Cubs games at Wrigley field, we set aside time to relax and enjoy each other’s company.
Our foundation of faith is a very visible thread in the fabric of our company as we strive to keep God at the core of our efforts. We receive encouragement from one another during monthly prayer meetings and enjoy an uplifting message at our annual Thanksgiving breakfast. One of our most fulfilling traditions is raising funds for a family in the community during the Christmas season. Our faith principles not only guide our decisions as a company but are also evident in the way we interact with our clients and each other.
Every employee at Capstone Administrators is unique and necessary, like a puzzle piece. We value each person’s strengths and personality and recognize that we work at our highest capacity when our puzzle is completed, so we can give our very best from our family to yours.
